Parvati Art will not accept returns under any circumstances

Due to higher shipping costs for handmade items we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit in such cases we replace the product

Ellgible for exchange

Applicable only in case of manufatturing defect or damage during transit to be eligible for exchange the product must be in the same condition you received it with tage and in its original packing

Request a replacement

-to request a replacement please whatsapp or email your order details and photo and video of the damaged item and original packing within 48 hours of your order delivery will do reverse pick-up. if this inquiry is received after 48 hours of delivery we will not be able to accept it

if the product is used, replaced, or repaired then we will not accept the product
